Hatsukokoro Ginrei Silver 3 Nashiji Gyuto 210mm — Olive Wood Handle
Description
A beautifully balanced Japanese chef’s knife designed for everyday prep, the Hatsukokoro Ginrei Gyuto pairs high-performance Ginsan (Silver #3) stainless steel with a refined Nashiji finish and natural olive wood handle.
At 210mm, the Gyuto is an incredibly versatile kitchen knife, ideal for slicing, chopping and dicing vegetables, meat, fish and herbs. The Ginsan core offers excellent edge retention while remaining relatively easy to sharpen, making this a great choice for both experienced cooks and anyone looking to step into a premium Japanese knife.
The blade is finished with a subtle Nashiji, or “pear skin,” texture, giving each knife an understated handcrafted appearance while helping reduce food sticking to the blade.
