Return & Exchange Policy
At Deer Park Woodwork, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we create. As a natural material, wood will have unique grain patterns, knots, and colour variations- these are not flaws, but part of what makes each piece one of a kind. While the overall pattern of design will remain the same, the wood grain will vary from peice to piece. We appreciate your understanding and love for the natural beauty of wood.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After this window, production may begin, and we're unable to make changes or cancellations.
While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to provide exchanges under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Exchange:
• Exchanges are accepted within 10 days of delivery.
• Items must be returned in original, unused condition and in their original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Exchanges can be made for items of equal or greater value. If exchanging for an item of greater value, the customer will be responsible for paying the price difference.
Final Sale Items:
The following items are final sale and not eligible for exchange:
• Sale items / Discounted Items
• Custom Cutting Boards + Butcher Blocks
• Products with laser engravings.
International Shipping Policy:
We proudly ship internationally. Please note that Deer Park Woodwork is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to your order.
All charges imposed during or after shipping—including tariffs, taxes, and other customs fees—are the sole responsibility of the customer.
