Deer Park Woodwork products are made from natural wood and require proper care and maintenance.

Improper care including excessive water exposure, soaking, dishwashing, improper drying, failure to condition the wood, or exposure to extreme temperature or humidity conditions may cause cracking, warping, swelling, or separation.
Damage resulting from improper care, misuse, neglect, or failure to follow care instructions is not considered a defect and is not covered under repair, exchange, or claim.
SECTION 7 – ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS
Customers are required to inspect all orders within the inspection window stated in our Return Policy.
By retaining possession of the product beyond the inspection window, the customer acknowledges that the item has been received in acceptable condition and agrees that the product conforms to the order placed.
Use of the product constitutes acceptance of the item in its delivered condition.

Initiating a chargeback while retaining possession of the merchandise may be considered fraudulent activity.
If a chargeback is initiated and the customer retains the product, Deer Park Woodwork reserves the right to pursue recovery of the merchandise, the value of the merchandise, shipping costs, chargeback fees, and any applicable collection or legal costs.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Deer Park Woodwork and its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors from any claim arising from your breach of these Terms.

Deer Park Woodwork is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Orders refused due to unpaid customs fees are not eligible for refund or replacement.
