Description

The Bryce features a Choas Pattern, and the size makes it the perfect butcher block. Its eye-catching, modern mosaic pattern makes every board one-of-a-kind while delivering unmatched durability.

Premium Hard Maple – Built from dense, North American hard maple, prized for its tight grain, strength, and low porosity. Maple is naturally resistant to bacteria and warping, making it one of the most trusted woods for professional cutting surfaces.

Chaos End Grain Pattern – This intricate pattern isn’t just beautiful — the end grain construction creates a self-healing surface that’s gentle on knives and exceptionally long-lasting.

Superior Performance – End grain fibers absorb the impact of chopping, reducing blade wear and helping to conceal knife marks. The thickness and weight of this butcher block add stability during heavy use.

Food-Safe Finish – Protected with natural mineral oil for a safe, long-lasting, and easy-to-maintain surface.

Customizable Options – Available with optional juice grooves, finger grips, or rubber feet for enhanced utility and convenience.

Built for Work & Display – A true chef-grade butcher block designed for chopping, carving, and daily prep — yet beautiful enough to leave on display as a kitchen centerpiece.

Artistry Meets CraftsmanshipEach board is meticulously finished to 600 grit, creating a refined, silky smooth surface that enhances both look and feel.

Care Instructions

We provide these care instructions with each purchase of a board:

Do’s:

- Clean board with soap and cold water only.

- Wipe down with a damp cloth.

- Dry immediately with a towel.

- If your board does not have feet, air dry standing up or raised on a rack to permit airflow.

- If your board has feet, it can be laid flat to dry.

- Condition the board with a wax product, like our Board Butter, often for the first month to build up a water barrier.

Don’ts:

-Never put the board in the dishwasher

-Do not dunk or let the board stand in water

-Never use bleach

-Never place or rest hot things on the board like pots or pans that may burn or discolour the wood

-We recommend using our Deer Park Board Butter, a combination of mineral oil and beeswax, at the end of each day for the first month, to build up a water barrier.
