Walnut End Grain Cutting Board "The Hawthorne Square"

"The Hawthorne Square" is the end grain cutting board variant of the popular purist edge grain board "The Roxborough." End grain cutting boards are popular among Chef's and amateur cooks because they are softer on their knives an have self-healing properties. Unlike edge grain boards where the knife is cutting through the grain, the knife pushes apart the end grains that can then pull themselves back together.
